Alford is seeking two experienced CNC Machinists to join our growing team in Dubbo, NSW. There is a position on the day shift and a position on the afternoon shift:

- Day shift is generally Monday to Thursday, start 6.00am – finish 2.45pm. Friday, start 6.00am – finish 12.15pm (38 hours per week).

- Afternoon shift is generally Monday to Thursday, start 2.35pm – finish 12.50am (38 hours per week).

As a key member of the Alford machining team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our CNC machines to produce machined parts to the highest standard, consistently meeting our clients’ expectations.

About the role

- Operate a variety of CNC machines and manual type machines.

- Edit programs.

- Create programs.

- Efficiently produce job lots, or one-off components to the highest quality.

- Read and understand engineering drawings.

- Measure precisely.





- Mazatrol / Siemens programming and or Mastercam programming an advantage.

- Instruct and support less skilled operators as needed.

- Forklift licence an advantage.

- Previous experience in a similar industry highly regarded.
