Our company is a manufacturer of electronic and software systems in the industrial equipment and digital signage industries, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electronics Service Technician to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for the configuration of new industrial radio control systems, troubleshooting customer issues, and carrying out bench repairs. Whilst primarily based out of our office in Wetherill Park, the role also involves on-site repair work (up to two days per fortnight) throughout the Sydney metro area for our digital signage clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing equipment.

- Carry out component-level testing and bench repairs on faulty industrial radio controls.

- Detailed product knowledge, with the ability to translate customer requirements into technical solutions.

- Configure and modify new equipment (e.g., setting RF channels, swapping switches/power supplies).

- Carry out on-site service work, testing, and installations for LED signage in a professional manner.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:





- Electrical diploma or equivalent qualification.

- Robust troubleshooting and logical reasoning skills.

- Competency in de-soldering and soldering through-hole components.

- Ability to read electronic schematics and trace faults directly to board components.

- Physical ability and comfort working at heights on A-frame ladders for site work.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Valid NSW driver's license.

- Prior background in industrial crane industry preferred.
