We're looking for an experienced casual Fitter and turner to help grow our business with the option down the track to become full time if desired.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair machinery for commercial and industrial clients, with a focus on production lines.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical faults, utilizing strong fault-finding skills to ensure minimal downtime.

- Read and interpret schematics, and blueprints to ensure proper installation and troubleshooting.

- Perform installations and assist in projects, ensuring safe and timely completion.

- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed,



including service reports and materials used

- Flexibility to work overtime, shift work, and weekends as required to meet business needs.

- Travel across the Barossa Valley and surrounding areas to service various job sites.

Requirements:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings.

- Willingness to work outside of your field as a fitter and turner and assist with electrical work.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical faults effectively.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Flexibility to work overtime, shift work, and weekends as needed.

- Valid driver’s license

- Hand tools

- [Optional: Any additional certifications or specialized experience in electrical systems or mobile machinery].
