About the role

Radio Taco is looking for an experienced Venue Supervisor to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our busy fast-casual restaurant in Chippendale.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the front-of-house team during daily operations

- Ensure smooth, effective service and a consistently great customer experience

- Manage staff performance, training and day-to-day team standards

- Prepare and manage staff rosters in coordination with senior management

- Oversee opening and closing procedures

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and food safety

- Monitor stock levels, ordering and general venue requirements

- Assist senior management with labour costs, sales performance and other key venue metrics

- Identify operational issues and work with senior management on improvements

- Help build a positive, energetic and accountable team culture

About you





- A hands-on leader who is comfortable working alongside the team during busy services

- Strong organisation and communication skills

- Ability to take ownership of the venue and solve day-to-day problems independently

- Good understanding of labour management, rostering and operational costs

- High standards for customer service, cleanliness and team performance

- Reliable, organised and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment

- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality

- Experience leading a team in a busy restaurant, QSR or fast-casual environment

- Strong customer service and people-management skills

- Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends
