Building and Property maintenance company looking for a reliable, hardworking and physically fit Building Labourer to join our team on a full-time basis.
We are looking for someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to get the job done. You will be working across a variety of residential building and maintenance projects.
About the Role
Your duties will include:
- General building and construction labouring
- Assisting tradespeople on site
- Loading, unloading and delivery of materials
- Site clean-up and general site duties
- Demolition
- Gardening and property maintenance
- Manual labour
- Maintaining a secure and tidy worksite
- Working as part of a team
- An understanding of building material
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Be physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Have a current Medium Rigid (MR) Licence – Essential
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be able to follow instructions and work independently
- Be a team player with a strong work ethic
- Have previous building/construction experience (preferred but not essential)
