We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Registered Nurse to join our diverse and passionate nursing team at our renowned and prestigious aged care facility, Lulworth House, on a full-time basis.

This position is Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The successful applicant will be adaptable, flexible and confident working across a range of clinical responsibilities while maintaining a high standard of resident-centred care. You will be committed to delivering compassionate, safe and person-centred care while working collaboratively with residents, families and the wider care team.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering quality clinical care to residents, leading and supporting care staff, and ensuring compliance with aged care standards and organisational policies.

This role requires flexibility to work across different shifts and areas of the facility to support operational requirements and maintain continuity of care.

Registered Nurse responsibilities may include:

- Deliver protected, high-quality nursing care to residents.

- Undertake clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation.

- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with legislation and organisational policies.

- Monitor resident health and respond appropriately to clinical changes.

- Supervise and support care staff.

- Liaise effectively with residents, families, medical practitioners, and multidisciplinary teams.





- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance requirements.

- Provide flexible coverage for Registered Nurse leave as required.

- Essential Criteria:

- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).

- Demonstrated 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care.

- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sound knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and clinical documentation requirements.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts to meet service needs.

Desirable Criteria:

- Previous experience in an aged care facility
