About Us

Kick N Box is a community-focused gym in Stepney offering kickboxing, strength and conditioning, and functional fitness. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, energetic environment for everyday people of all fitness levels.

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Group Fitness Trainer to join our team.

The role will primarily involve coaching group strength & conditioning/fitness classes, with reception hours also available. There is also the opportunity to take on or build personal training clients within the gym if desired.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach engaging group fitness and strength & conditioning classes

- Demonstrate exercises and provide technique guidance

- Create a positive, motivating and inclusive class environment

- Welcome members and assist with reception duties

- Respond to enquiries and assist with memberships and bookings

- Help with general gym organisation and day-to-day operations

- Build strong relationships with members

- Prospect to provide 1-on-1 PT sessions





What We're Looking For

- Certificate III in Fitness or relevant qualification

- Current First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain

- Confident, friendly and comfortable coaching groups

- Reliable with great communication skills

- Passionate about fitness and helping people

- Available for some early morning, evening and/or weekend work

- PT qualifications and Kickboxing experience are an advantage but not essential
