About the Role

As a Dispenser Service Technician servicing our Concrete Producing and Mining Customers, you will be a trusted partner building relationships, providing technical support and resolving problems that arise growing our market share.

As a valued member to the Eastern Sales team, this position is responsible for installation, calibration, servicing and maintaining dispensing equipment at customer plants. The role requires a strong customer focus, including providing assistance to customers in relation to field trials, product training and managing complaints as required.

Key responsibilities include:

· Install, calibrate, service and maintain dispensing equipment at customer plants

· Coordinate and carry out breakdown servicing, repairs and routine maintenance





· Monitor equipment performance and ensure timely resolution of issues

· Provide in office training to customers on safe and effective equipment use

· Support field trials and assist with product implementation

· Work with technical sales teams to resolve customer issues and complaints

· Maintain accurate records of servicing, breakdowns and actions taken

What we’re looking for:

Whilst experience in the Construction, plumbing or Concrete industry is preferred, we are open to applicants without experience who have the right attitude, and mechanical mindset! If this sounds like you, please also include a cover letter with your application.
