Emanuel Woollahra Preschool is seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our warm, collaborative and dedicated team.

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about providing high-quality early childhood education and who understands the importance of building strong, respectful relationships with children and families.

About the role

As an ECT, you will:

- Develop and implement a high-quality, play-based educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQS

- Build meaningful, responsive relationships with children and support their agency, wellbeing and learning

- Work collaboratively with educators, families and the wider team

- Observe, document and reflect on children's learning and development

- Create engaging learning environments that respond to children's interests, strengths and ideas

- Contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement and professional learning

About you





You will hold an approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification and have a genuine passion for working with young children. You will be a thoughtful, reflective educator who is confident in your practice and enjoys working as part of a team. Must have a valid WWCC and recently completed Child Safe Certificate through Geckko.
