Kindergarten Teacher & Nominated Supervisor

Step straight into an impactful leadership role for Term 4, 2026! We are seeking a confident, experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our vibrant seasonal kindergarten program in Swan Hill. Key Position Details

- Incentive: Up to $21,000 relocation incentive for eligible candidates.

- Hours: 34 total hours per week, structured as:

- 22 hours of direct contact time (group of up to 33 children aged 3-5 years).

- 11 hours of dedicated program planning time.

- 1 hour of designated Nominated Supervisor duties.

- Schedule: Adaptable 4-day or 5-day work week depending on your preference.

- Pay & Conditions: Paid under the VECTEA award.

- Start Date: Term 4, 2026.

Requirements & Eligibility

- Qualifications: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

- Registration: Valid VIT Registration (Early Childhood).





- Work Rights: Full Australian working rights required.

- Compliance & Safety: Full early childhood compliance, including completed Gekko Mandatory Reporting training.

- Experience: Proven experience leading a room and managing early childhood operations with confidence.

- Deep knowledge of the EYLF and NQS framework to guide quality educational programming.

- Strong communication skills to engage with families, staff, and the local Swan Hill community.
