We're looking for compassionate and reliable Community Care Workers to join our Ageing Well team and make a real difference in the lives of local residents.

In this rewarding role, you'll provide in-home support that helps people maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life. Whether you're assisting with personal care, preparing meals, helping with shopping and transport, or simply providing companionship, every day is an opportunity to positively impact someone's wellbeing.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Is caring, empathetic and community-minded
- Enjoys building positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Holds (or is working towards)



a Certificate III or IV in a relevant Community Services qualification
- Has a current Victorian Driver's Licence and access to a reliable vehicle

Salary information: $66,565.20 to $70,503.68 per annum pro rata plus superannuation
