About the Role:

With consolidated growth from previous years plus ambitious plans to capitalise on their success, this heavy equipment business is looking for a driven & hungry Commercial Analyst that can support a sophisticated strategic plan and help underpin future business decisions. This person will report into a supportive and knowledgeable Commercial Manager and be part of a team focusing on the East Coast,

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial performance reports.

- Providing meaningful analysis on financial results, trends and variances.

- Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.

- Partnering with branch and operational leaders to understand performance drivers.

- Assisting with statutory, regulatory,



audit and group reporting requirements.

- Identifying opportunities to improve finance processes, reporting and business partnering outcomes.

About You:

You will be a degree qualified, progressing or completed CA/CPA, 5+ years experience in complex & operational businesses with well refined people skills to deal with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be results focused, understand how to support performance and change, as well as be on the front foot with ideas/insights to further strengthen their success. You will enjoy being part of contract/tendering processes and be looking for a role where you can further develop your capabilities.
