We’re currently seeking HSE professionals for a range of FIFO opportunities across Western Australia, working across civil construction, bulk earthworks, SMP, infrastructure and major projects.

With a variety of positions available, we’re interested in speaking with HSE Advisors who are looking for their next contract, a temp-to-permanent opportunity or a long-term permanent role.

We have HSE opportunities available across a variety of environments, including:

- Civil construction and bulk earthworks
- Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP)
- Major infrastructure projects
- Roads, rail and transport projects
- Mining and resources construction projects
- Processing plant construction and upgrades
- Mechanical construction and installation
- Greenfield and brownfield projects
- Construction, commissioning and project works
- Site-based HSE and compliance roles

Opportunities can range from short-term contracts and leave coverage through to long-term contracts and permanent positions.

Depending on the role, we can offer:

- 8:6, 2:1, 2:2 and other roster options
- Short-term and long-term contracts
- Temp-to-permanent opportunities
- Permanent positions

What We're Looking For:

To be considered for these opportunities,



you will ideally have:

- Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (WHS) or equivalent
- 3+ years' experience post qualification
- Site-based experience within civil construction, SMP, infrastructure, resources or major projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, systems and compliance
- Experience with risk assessments, SWMS/JHAs, inspections and audits
- Incident investigation and reporting experience
- Current Australian working rights

Highly Regarded

The following experience and qualifications will be highly regarded depending on the chance:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE)
- Training, competency and VOC assessment experience
- Exposure to high-risk construction activities
- Mobile plant and heavy equipment experience
- Contractor and subcontractor management
- HSE management systems and implementation
- Auditing, reporting and compliance experience
