North Fitzroy Dental is growing, with our fourth surgery opening, and we're looking for experienced Dental Assistants to join our friendly, supportive team.

? The role

As a Dental Assistant, you'll support our dentists and patients while helping ensure the practice runs smoothly day to day.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting dentists across a wide range of procedures

- Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and equipment

- Supporting patients and helping them feel comfortable and cared for

- Maintaining high infection control and sterilisation standards

- Efficient surgery changeovers

- Managing stock and placing orders

- Receiving deliveries and processing supplier invoices

- Keeping clinical areas organised and well prepared

- Working collaboratively with dentists, reception and the wider team

Previous Dental Assisting experience is essential.

Experience with Dental4Windows is an advantage, but not essential.

⏰ Work-life balance

We believe a rewarding career should still leave you time to enjoy life outside of work.

Our Dental Assistants work a 4-day week, with a half-day Saturday only once every fortnight.

Practice hours:

- Monday–Friday: 7:30am–6:00pm

- Saturday: 7:30am–1:30pm

These are full-time positions and applicants must be available to work full-time.
