Community Quality & Compliance Manager

Work for a highly respected, multi-award-winning, and cutting-edge not-for-profit aged care provider based in Sydney. Reporting to the General Manager of Quality and Compliance, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening quality systems, supporting audit readiness, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

Requirements





- Demonstrated experience in a quality and compliance role within community aged care and disability services
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Previous quality or auditing experience
- Experience supporting external audits, regulatory reviews, and preparing submissions to regulatory bodies
- Strong organisational, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in computer systems and databases
- Willingness to travel across Sydney sites as required
