About the role

As the Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for service customers and play a critical role in delivering an outstanding dealership experience from booking through to vehicle handover. Working closely with our workshop technicians and parts department, you will coordinate service and repair activities, ensure customers are kept informed throughout the process and help drive customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Greeting customers and providing a professional, welcoming experience

- Booking and managing vehicle service and repair appointments

- Preparing accurate repair orders and communicating customer concerns to technicians

- Providing customers with clear explanations of required repairs and maintenance

- Preparing and presenting service estimates and quotations

- Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding vehicle progress

- Identifying additional maintenance and repair opportunities

- Following up outstanding work and ensuring vehicles are completed within agreed timeframes

- Liaising closely with technicians, parts and management teams

- Conducting vehicle handovers and explaining completed work to customers

About you

- Experienced in an automotive Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role

- Confident communicating with customers both face-to-face and over the phone

- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities

- Customer-focused with a genuine commitment to delivering a great experience





- Commercially minded and comfortable discussing additional repairs and maintenance

- A strong team player who works well with technicians and management

- Professional, reliable and well presented

- Confident using dealership management systems and computer applications

- Able to work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
