We’re looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join an established and growing business.

Based in our showroom, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide product advice and help them select the right products for their requirements.

Previous sales experience is helpful, but not essential. We’re looking for someone who is confident dealing with customers, communicates well and takes pride in providing a high standard of service.

You’ll receive full product training and ongoing support to help you build your knowledge and become confident in the role.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role where you’ll work with customers from their initial enquiry through to purchase.

You’ll take the time to understand what each customer is looking for, their preferences and budget, and help them find the right products for their needs.

You’ll also build customer relationships, follow up on enquiries and identify opportunities to generate further sales.

What you’ll be doing:

- Welcome and assist customers in the showroom

- Understand customer needs, preferences and requirements

- Provide product advice and personalised recommendations

- Build strong relationships with customers

- Develop your knowledge of the products, features and options available

- Prepare quotes and assist customers through the purchasing process

- Follow up with customers and identify further sales opportunities

- Work towards monthly sales targets and KPIs

- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally





- Keep the showroom organised, welcoming and presentable

- Work closely with the wider sales and operations team to deliver a great customer experience

About You

We’re not looking for someone who has spent their entire career in sales.

You might come from retail, hospitality, customer service, recruitment, real estate, automotive, sales or another customer-facing environment.

- Communicate clearly and professionally

- Have a genuine customer-first attitude

- Take pride in your presentation and the work you produce

- Have initiative and aren’t afraid to get involved

- Enjoy working as part of a team

Previous sales experience is highly regarded, but relevant experience in any customer-facing role will be considered.
