About the role

We're looking for a dedicated Property Manager to join our growing team in New Lambton. You will manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties, providing excellent service and building trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors while ensuring all properties meet legal and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities
Manage a diverse portfolio alongside a dedicated assistant, keeping everything running smoothly
Provide excellent service and build trusted relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
Ensure all properties meet legal and safety requirements

About you
Previous experience in residential property management
Experience in commercial property management desirable but not essential
Solid communication and organisational skills
A genuine team player who values respect and reliability
Tech-savvy and comfortable with property management software
Real Estate License




Current driver's licence
