MARS Recruitment is currently partnering with a skilled and growing organisation to recruit a Client Services Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the role

Working closely with the wider team, you will play an significant role in keeping day-to-day client services and administration running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing client enquiries via phone and email
Providing a high level of customer and client service
Coordinating appointments, documentation and general administration
Preparing correspondence, reports and other client documentation
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
Assisting with invoicing and general accounts administration
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Building positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

About you

We are looking for someone who is organised, qualified and confident dealing with people.



You may currently be working in a client services, administration or office support role and be looking for your next step.

You'll ideally bring:
Previous experience in administration, client services, or corporate services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisation
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems
A proactive approach and willingness to help wherever needed
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
