About the role

This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing at a leading luxury automotive dealership in Zetland. Working alongside the service team, you'll manage the reception area and ensure customers receive a premium level of service.

Key responsibilities
Meeting and greeting customers on arrival
Managing a busy reception area and ensuring customers are attended to promptly
Answering and directing incoming telephone calls
Checking customers in for vehicle servicing appointments
Liaising with Service Advisors and other dealership staff
Advising the appropriate team member when customers arrive
Assisting with customer enquiries and providing a high level of service




Coordinating customer pick-ups and vehicle collections
Maintaining a professional and welcoming customer waiting area
Managing emails and general reception administration

About you
Previous reception, concierge or high-level customer service experience
Experience within an automotive dealership or service centre highly regarded
A qualified and polished presentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A warm, confident and welcoming manner
Strong organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy workplace
Confidence dealing with a broad range of customers
Positive computer and administration skills
