What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing & cooking a wide range of dishes, from bulk production to fresh, seasonal plates
Working in an open kitchen where you are part of the guest experience
Delivering consistently high standards in taste, presentation and timing




Maintaining robust hygiene, safety & HACCP practices
Pitching in across the team, because we all succeed together

What We’re Looking For
Previous cooking experience or a genuine passion for great food
Ability to stay organised & meet timeframes, even during busy periods
Solid understanding of kitchen hygiene & WHS principles
A team player with a positive, can‑do attitude
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
