About the role

Ethical Dental and Orthodontics is seeking a caring and motivated dentist to join our non-corporate team in Coffs Harbour on the Mid North Coast of NSW. This opportunity would suit a clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry, values long-term patient relationships and wants to practise in a supportive environment focused on ethical, evidence-based care.

Key responsibilities
Provide comprehensive family dentistry
Develop and maintain long-term patient relationships
Collaborate with the clinical team on treatment planning for complex cases
Practise evidence-based, ethical dentistry
Support nervous patients and help them feel comfortable

About you
Enjoys comprehensive family dentistry
Values prevention and long-term oral health outcomes
Has excellent communication skills
Is committed to ethical and evidence-based practice
Works well as part of a collaborative team
Has an interest in periodontal health, healthy ageing and/or comprehensive treatment planning
Is committed to ongoing professional development
