Key responsibilities
Support general practitioners and coordinate patient appointments and follow-up
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Contribute to care planning and health education
Assist with chronic disease management and vaccinations
Perform infection control activities
Adhere to clinical protocols and practice policies
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Collaborate with the wider clinical and administrative team to ensure a secure and efficient care environment

About you
Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
Demonstrated experience in general practice, primary care, or similar clinical settings
Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, medication administration, and wound management




Robust clinical documentation skills and familiarity with electronic medical record systems
Knowledge of infection control principles, immunization practices, and chronic disease management
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to person-centered care, cultural safety, privacy, and confidentiality
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and respond calmly in urgent or changing clinical situations
Ongoing commitment to career development and adherence to current clinical guidelines
Current CPR/Basic Life Support certification; vaccination competency and relevant clearances (e.g., national police check, Working with Children Check) are desirable

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
