Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Manager to join our Finance team and support the financial operations of the Salter Brothers Accor Portfolio. This is an exciting prospect for an experienced Hotel Accountant or current Assistant Finance Manager to broaden their experience across a multi-property portfolio. Working closely with hotel leadership, you will support financial performance, accurate reporting, effective controls and timely financial outcomes across the portfolio.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing month-end close, reconciliations and financial analysis
Completing monthly bank reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
Reviewing daily cash balances and maintaining cash flow projections
Assisting with annual budgets,



forecasting and financial planning
Assisting with taxation matters and providing relevant financial information
Managing inventory and stocktake processes, including reporting and analysis
Maintaining and monitoring internal control procedures
Maintaining the contracts and services register
Providing financial guidance, training and support to team members
Working closely with hotel leadership and operational teams to support sound financial decision-making
Ensuring financial processes and reporting are completed accurately and within required deadlines
