UKG Implementation

An exciting chance is available for an experienced UKG Pro WFM Specialist to support a large-scale workforce management transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide specialist UKG Pro WFM expertise across functional design, configuration, testing and implementation.
Facilitate design workshops and complete configuration workbooks, system documentation and procedures.
Translate operational and workforce requirements into practical UKG Pro WFM solutions.
Support test planning, scenario development, defect resolution, business sign-off and deployment readiness.
Transfer knowledge to project teams, system administrators and business stakeholders.

Key Skills and Experience




Proven experience as a UKG Pro WFM or Kronos Functional Specialist, SME or Consultant.
Robust knowledge of time and attendance, accruals, rostering, forecasting, activities or workforce analytics.
Experience delivering UKG Pro WFM implementations within a large and complex organisation.
Solid analytical skills with experience resolving system, configuration, data and process issues.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and documentation skills.
