We are looking for an experienced and reliable Manager to join our takeaway shop team. The role is primarily 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage opening/closing procedures, stock levels and basic ordering.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the takeaway shop.
Supervise and coordinate staff to ensure smooth service.
Prepare and cook food including burgers, sandwiches, rolls, chips and other takeaway items.
Prepare ingredients, manage food preparation and ensure stock is organised.
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
Handle customer service and resolve day-to-day customer queries professionally.
Ensure the shop is running efficiently and meeting quality standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a takeaway, café, restaurant or similar setting.
Previous supervisory/management experience preferred.
Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
