MITS Alloy, a subsidiary of the ARB Group, is a leading Australian manufacturer specialising in premium aluminium trays and canopies. From our facility in Mayfield, NSW, we supply high-quality, durable products to both national and international markets.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Supply Chain Coordinator to support the efficient flow of materials, inventory, and finished goods across our operations.

The Role:
You will support and coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement.

Working closely with our Planning, Operations, Production, and Procurement teams, you will play a key role in ensuring stock availability, maintaining accurate system data, and supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, deliveries, and logistics activities
Monitor inventory levels and support replenishment planning
Maintain accurate supply chain and inventory records
Assist with purchase orders, supplier communications, and delivery schedules
Resolve supply, inventory, and delivery discrepancies
Prepare reports and support continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with suppliers, freight providers,



and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency.

Strong product availability and inventory accuracy
Reliable supplier and freight performance
Accurate supply chain data and reporting
Proactive identification and resolution of supply issues
Ongoing improvements to processes and efficiency.

About You:
Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory Management, or a similar role
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel
Manufacturing experience and relevant qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
