We are seeking a Customer Service who is highly organised, customer focused and someone who takes pride in getting the details right.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, processing orders and ensuring everything is accurate from quote through to delivery.

ROLE
Strong attention to detail ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and match exactly what has been requested.
Preparing quotes and processing purchase orders.
Responding to customer enquiries and providing accurate information.
Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
Liaising with sales, warehouse and operations teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly.
Following up orders and resolving any discrepancies.
Providing professional and friendly customer service.
Managing multiple orders and priorities in a quick paced workplace.

REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in customer service, administration or order processing.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy.
Confident working with numbers, measurements and product details.
Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office.




Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to identify errors and discrepancies before they become an issue.
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude.
Experience within the steel, manufacturing or building industry will be highly regarded.
