HR Coordinator

$90,000 plus Superannuation

Altitude is seeking a highly organised and pro-active individual to become the HR Coordinator and administrative backbone of a quick growing People team operating across Australia and internationally.

Reporting directly to the Head of People International, you will lead the rollout of a current HR system, own contracts and documentation, and manage the operational work that keeps a global function running smoothly. This role suits someone who is ambitious and thrives on creating order, wants genuine ownership, and is excited to sit at the centre of a global People team from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation of a new HR system, from setup and configuration through to rollout and adoption
Own and maintain the HR system day to day, keeping data accurate and processes running cleanly
Create and maintain contracts, letters, templates, policies and process documentation across the function
Manage day to day People administration across Australian and international teams, including onboarding, offboarding and record keeping




Support the wider team with recurring administrative tasks while handling confidential employee information with complete discretion

Key Requirements:
HR, People operations or administration experience within a global business
Hands on experience with an HR system such as Employment Hero, Rippling, HiBob or similar, ideally including setup or migration
Experience working in a startup or fast scaling environment, with comfort managing changing priorities
Bilingual preferred
Background in a startup, fintech, or crypto setting an advantage.
