About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will:
Lead and mentor a team of educators within your room
Develop and implement engaging learning programs aligned with the EYLF
Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Support children's development through play-based learning and intentional teaching

About You
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and National Regulations




Previous experience leading a room or mentoring educators
Passionate about delivering high-quality early childhood education
