Chef – Mallacoota Golf & Country Club

Mallacoota Golf & Country Club is looking for an experienced Chef to join our friendly team in one of Victoria’s most beautiful coastal communities.

This is a full time role with responsibility for the day-to-day operation of our kitchen, preparing good-quality, approachable meals for members, locals and visitors.

The role includes:
Preparing and cooking meals for regular service and functions
Menu planning and seasonal specials
Ordering, stock control and managing food costs
Maintaining excellent food safety and kitchen standards
Working with and supporting our kitchen team
Catering for golf tournaments, functions and community events

About you

We’re looking for an experienced, reliable and organised Chef who can work independently and as part of a small team. You’ll take pride in producing consistently good food and creating a welcoming dining experience.





Commercial cookery qualifications or equivalent experience are preferred.
