Reporting to the Lead Project Engineer, you will deliver offshore Subsea Decommissioning projects, managing projects whilst offshore and ensuring delivery within approved costs. You will interface with clients, prepare project estimates and documentation, deliver engineering procedures and task plans, and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties both onshore and offshore.
Key responsibilities
Delivering offshore Subsea Decommissioning projects
Client interface and collaboration as required
Assisting/management of the preparation of project estimate and project documentation
Ensuring projects are delivered within approved cost, by monitoring and controlling spend
Managing projects whilst offshore
Delivery of engineering procedures and task plans
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties, both onshore and offshore
Ensuring compliance with all DeepOcean policies and procedures and local governmental guidelines
About you
Full working rights in Australia are essential
Min 5 years' experience in a similar Decommissioning role
Min 5 years Oil and gas experience essential
Min 5 years Offshore experience essential
Valuable Experience in offshore Towing operations and Subsea Riser Recovery is essential
Experience in managing small to medium-sized design projects
Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
Experience in subsea engineering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Hold valid certification or can pass an OEUK medical and BOSIET course
