Our client is seeking a Business Operations Manager to bring structure, discipline and follow-through to a fast-growing business. This is an execution-focused role, not a strategy or functional operations position, built around ensuring priorities are tracked, actioned and delivered without slippage.
What you'll be doing:
Own the business operating system, meeting cadence, and planning and reporting cycles
Drive cross-functional follow-through on agreed priorities, capturing actions and ensuring completion
Identify execution gaps early and address them decisively across stakeholders and departments

What we're looking for:
Robust background in operations, execution or project management, with proven experience working closely with senior leaders
Highly organised and detail-oriented, comfortable running multiple workstreams with minimal hand-holding
Confident enforcing standards and accountability across teams, without needing hierarchy or title to do so
