About the role

Take ownership of this hands-on HR business partnering role. You'll report to an energetic HR leader and manage the full employee lifecycle. This is hands-on partnering with a focus on HR advice, performance and projects.

Key responsibilities
Partnering directly with leaders across a defined portfolio, coaching them through the people matters in front of them
Managing performance, conduct, grievances, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
Working with cross functional teams and the wider HR function.
Supporting people initiatives landing into the portfolio
Bringing workforce and case data back to leaders so they can see the patterns, not just the incidents

About you
Mid-level HR Business Partner experience.
Solid stakeholder management skills
Ability to be proactive - take ownership & accountability
Award interpretation, experience
