WorkPac are seeking an experienced Crushing & Screening Foreman for a FIFO opportunity on a 20:8 roster, offering $65-$75 per hour.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading mining contractor providing crushing, screening and processing services across major mining operations throughout Western Australia. With a strong focus on safety, leadership and operational excellence, they are seeking an experienced Foreman to lead site teams and drive production outcomes.

What You Will Be Doing:
Supervising crushing and screening operations on site
Leading and mentoring operators and production personnel
Ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
Conducting pre-start meetings and coordinating daily work activities
Monitoring plant performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures and company policies
Liaising with site management and maintenance teams to minimise downtime

What You Will Need:
Australian Working Rights - Passport or Birth Certificate
Current Driver's Licence
Previous Crushing and Screening Foreman experience or demonstrated leadership experience within crushing operations




Extensive crushing and screening operational knowledge
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen
Robust commitment to workplace health and safety
