Talenza have been engaged by an Australian insurance organisation to find an Integration Analyst to work across a high profile technology transformation program. The successful candidate will be an experienced analyst from a technical background with a tech agnostic view on integration.

This role requires 3 days per week in the Brisbane office and is only open to candidates currently based in Brisbane with full working rights.

Key Requirements
Technical analysis experience in an enterprise IT setting, ideally working within integration, architecture or engineering teams and translating high-level technical requirements into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams.
Solid understanding of enterprise integration, including experience working across complex systems, applications, APIs, data flows and integration patterns within large-scale IT environments.
Ability to translate architecture into delivery requirements,



working closely with Solution/Integration Architects to understand architectural designs and convert them into detailed technical requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation for engineering teams.
Technology agnostic approach, with the ability to understand and analyse different technologies, platforms and integration approaches without being tied to a particular technology stack.
Strong understanding of cloud-hosted/SaaS applications, including the implications of moving from on-premise or hosted environments towards a predominantly SaaS-based technology landscape.
Solid stakeholder and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across Architects, Engineers, Project/Delivery teams and business stakeholders, clarifying requirements and ensuring a shared understanding of integration outcomes.
