Roche Group Hospitality and Leisure Division is looking for a driven team member to join our dedicated and enthusiastic team on a full-time basis. This position is in our front office team at the Pokolbin group of operational sites, with a base of Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens, looking after both Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens and Harrigan's Hunter Valley.

This role will involve meeting and greeting guests, use of the property management system, booking & dealing with a multi-property setting, assisting guests during their stay & much more.

Some of the key task you will be responsible for performing are:
Checking in and out of guests
Guest services and requests
Administration and data entry
Reservations requests and processing
Conduct site inspections at times
Financial and audit processes

To successfully fill this role,



it would be favourable to have:
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
Previous experience in a hotel/accommodation front office position is advantageous
Immaculate personal presentation.
Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude
Confidence & ability to work autonomously and at times unsupervised.
