Description

Bottleshop Attendant – Cross Keys Hotel

The busy Cross Keys Hotel is looking for a friendly, reliable and customer-focused Bottleshop Attendant to join our team on a casual basis.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service and helping customers find the right products.

What you’ll get up to:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products;
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bottleshop;
Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively;
Handle cash and process transactions accurately;
Provide information about products and promotions; and
Support team members in daily operations.

About you:
Previous retail,



bottle shop or hospitality experience with excellent product knowledge;
A current RSA certificate;
Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays;
A friendly attitude and strong communication skills;
Reliability and the ability to work independently; and
Physically fit and able to safely lift, carry and move cartons and stock throughout each shift.
