We are looking for a confident and experienced Sales Assistant for our Berwick store. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store
Open and close the store as required
Lead, motivate, and support team members
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy retail environment
Ensure store presentation and operations meet high standards

About You
Previous experience in hair or retail is essential
Confident in independently running a store
Robust multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure




Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Passionate about customer service and creating a positive in-store experience
