As our Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering an engaging, meaningful and high-quality educational program for our preschool children. You will work collaboratively with educators, families and management to create a positive learning setting where every child is supported to learn, develop and thrive.
Key responsibilities
Deliver an engaging, meaningful and high-quality educational program for preschool children

Create engaging and intentional learning experiences
Build strong relationships with children and families
Support school readiness while recognising the importance of play-based learning
Take ownership of preschool programming
Contribute positively to the culture of the centre
About you
ACECQA - recognised Early Childhood Teaching qualification
Current NESA accreditation/approval to teach in NSW
Current NSW Working With Children Check
Solid knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Sound understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
Strong programming, documentation and assessment skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for working with young children
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a professional team
