Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baking & Decorating Instructor to lead engaging and educational classes for both adults and children. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in baking and cake decorating, excellent communication skills, and a talent for creating a fun, supportive, and inspiring learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality baking and decorating classes, including:
Cupcake decorating workshops
Vintage cake decorating classes
Baking masterclasses for various skill levels
Provide hands-on demonstrations and guidance in a clear, approachable manner.
Ensure a protected, clean, and organized classroom environment at all times.
Engage and motivate students of all ages, adapting teaching style to suit children and adult learners.




Manage class schedules, setup, and cleanup efficiently.
Stay updated on current baking trends, techniques, and decorating styles to keep class content fresh and exciting.
Support company events, private functions, and special workshops as required.

Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in baking and cake/cupcake decorating (professional or advanced hobbyist level).
Prior teaching, training, or workshop facilitation experience is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and engaging personality.
Ability to work with children and adults in a positive, patient, and encouraging manner.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Food safety and handling certification (or willingness to obtain).

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 35 per week
