The Camden Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

We’re a busy, high-volume venue looking for a chef who enjoys the energy of a strong service, takes pride in producing quality food and can confidently take ownership of their section.

This is a hands-on role within an experienced kitchen team, with opportunities to contribute beyond day-to-day service through menu ideas, specials, cost control and the development of junior chefs.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
Running your section efficiently during busy services
Maintaining food quality, presentation, portion control and service times
Managing preparation, stock levels and cleanliness within your section
Supporting menu updates, specials and food cost control
Training and supporting junior kitchen staff
Working closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
Maintaining food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of two years' professional cooking experience




Has CDP experience or is ready to step into a CDP role
Is confident working in a busy, high-volume kitchen
Is organised, reliable and works well under pressure
Takes pride in food quality and presentation
Communicates well and works well within a team
Holds a current Food Handlers Certificate
