Our client is recruiting an experienced Duty Manager to join Royal Richmond Hotel. A classic Australian pub located in the heart of Richmond. With indoor and outdoor seating, a full bar, and a delicious menu, there is something for everyone to enjoy in a relaxed and family-friendly setting.

Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility including overseeing daily operations within the venue
Uphold a strong and positive team culture
Manage, train, support and communicate with the team in delivering excellent customer service and adhering to polices & procedures.

Essential Criteria

Must have RSA, RSG,



ARCG
Ideally has First Aid but not required
Must have prior experience with leadership and management
Must have an established background in hospitality
Must be detailed orientated and highly efficient
Must be adaptable with hours including weekends and nights
