Role Description The Manufacturing Supervisor is a full time, on-site role based in Goomburra, QLD. This role oversees daily manufacturing operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination of production activities to meet output and quality targets. The supervisor leads and supports production team members, provides guidance on processes and safety practices, and ensures adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring workflow and equipment performance, resolving operational issues, implementing production plans, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Manufacturing Supervisor collaborates with quality, maintenance,
and logistics teams to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and drive continuous improvement across the facility.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, coaching, and performance management.Candidates should possess experience in Production Planning and scheduling to optimize resources and meet manufacturing targets.Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and adherence to safety and compliance standards.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and guiding frontline staff.Candidates should possess hands-on knowledge of Manufacturing Operations, including equipment use, workflow optimization, and problem-solving.Relevant qualifications such as a certificate or diploma in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field are beneficial.Experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.Ability to interpret production data, use basic computer applications, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives is advantageous.
