The Position

Our Gold Coast firm is searching for a Receptionist/Administration Assistant.

The successful candidate will be reliable, skilled and honest. They will be able to handle their time effectively, deal with clients professionally and have excellent communication skills.

We are a specialist commercial and property law firm on the Gold Coast lead by our partners Carley Ronan and Richard Holt. We focus on providing high level legal services to our client base of professionals, small and medium size businesses, and property developers. The quality of the work and clients is high and we pride ourselves on a supportive and dynamic workplace.

About the ideal candidate:
Available for an immediate start;
Well presented with a neat and tidy appearance;
Able to prioritise multiple tasks;




Valuable phone manner with solid communication skills;
Reliable, punctual and honest;
Eager and willing to learn;
Computer skills including competency with Microsoft Word and Outlook;

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering all incoming calls and Greeting clients;
Making appointments;
File opening and organisation:
Invoicing and general accounts;
Liaising with solicitors on file management and invoicing;
Attend to general office duties;
Providing administrative support to other staff when needed.

This is a permanent full time in person role. Hours between 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
