W Win Engineering Pty Ltd, a leading provider of concrete pump equipment, spare parts, and accessories, is seeking a full-time Assembly Production Worker to join our team at our Milperra, NSW head office.

In this role, you’ll support our qualified experienced tradespeople in the assembly and manufacturing of concrete pumps. You’ll gain valuable experience working with specialised machinery in a niche industry, with opportunities to develop your skills over time.

What you'll be doing
Assembly of truck mounted concrete pumps
Use of hand and power tools
Quality checking finished products
Manual handling and lifting
General workshop and yard cleaning and maintenance
Following all Work Health & Safety procedures
Maintaining a clean, organised, and protected work environment
Carrying out general duties as directed

What we're looking for
Previous manufacturing, assembly or factory experience preferred
Interest in hand-on, mechanical work
Safety first mindset and attention to detail skills




Strong physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling tasks
Reliable transport and robust attendance
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Australian work rights are required for this position
