Previous experience as a Cook or in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Good understanding of food preparation and cooking techniques.
Strong attention to food quality and presentation.
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
Food Safety Supervisor/food-handling knowledge is an advantage.
