Responsibilities:
Interior and exterior painting (residential/commercial)
Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, patching, etc.)
Brush, roll, and spray application
Clean-up and site protection
Work independently or with a team
Follow safety procedures and company standard.
Requirements:
Minimum one years of painting experience (preferred but not required)
Reliable transportation
Basic tools and equipment (preferred)
Attention to detail and quality
Positive communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift and move equipment, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
