About the Role

We are looking for Automotive Trade Qualified Welder. In this role you will have plenty of variety, including working on Water Trucks, Service and Waste Trucks, Vacuum Trucks and Tilt Trays.

These roles will be best suited to someone who enjoys diverse and engaging work and enjoys contributing to a hardworking, passionate team environment. These prospects are based at our Ormeau facility.

Skills and Experience





• Previous experience in assisting trades in the Heavy Duty Truck/ Automotive Manufacturing Industry
Previous experience with;
Welding and fabricating aluminium and steel
Using MIG welder
Oxy cutting
Sheet metal fabricating
Plasma cutting
Current drivers' licence. HR Truck and Forklift license an advantage but not essential.
Full Australian work rights
Have an organised approach to work procedures.
Ability to understand and work with Engineering drawings/blueprints.
The ability to work as part of a team.
Be adaptable to challenging situations and changing business demands.
A keen eye for detail, quality, safety and cleanliness.
Honesty and reliability.
