Shred-X Australia is seeking a motivated and experienced Destruction Centre Supervisor to lead our warehouse and production team, overseeing day-to-day production.

What You’ll Do
Lead with impact in a hands-on role
Promote a robust culture of teamwork and accountability, monitoring team performance, attendance, downtime, and morale
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality processes
Monitor equipment performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to reduce downtime and increase productivity
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a secure, clean and presentable work setting




Work with the State Manager to drive productivity and efficiency

What You Bring
A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to lead
Mechanical understanding of production equipment is advantageous
A commitment to safe work practices and continuous improvement
Physical fitness to thrive in a hands-on role
A current forklift licence is required
